Our Story

Good BBQ Brings People Together
Barry's BBQ started the way most good BBQ does — a backyard smoker, a long afternoon, and more food than one family could get through. Word travelled, the cooks got bigger, and eventually the whole operation went on wheels.
We keep the menu short on purpose. Brisket, ribs and pulled pork, smoked properly, priced by the sandwich or by the pound. No shortcuts and nothing on the board we would not feed our own family.
The truck moves about, so the easiest way to catch us is to let us text you the stop. Order ahead for pickup or walk up on the day — either way you get Wyoming hospitality with it.
Slow Smoked
Hardwood, low heat and a long wait. Nothing leaves the smoker before it is ready.
Bold Flavor
A heavy bark, a proper smoke ring, and sauce on the side so the meat does the talking.
Wyoming Proud
Cooked and served in Goshen County for the folks who live here.
